Place your foot on a sheet of paper pressed firmly against the wall and, using a pencil held vertically, mark the height of your longest toe.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once we confirm your payment, we ship your order, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the area and the delivery season*.
Payment confirmation may take up to 48 hours, depending on the payment method you choose. For bank transfers, remember to send your proof of payment to our customer service number 479 152 7058 so it can be processed.
* During high season, shipping may take a little longer due to high demand on courier services.
What are the exchange policies?
We can exchange your order if:
- The model, color, or size you ordered is different from what you received.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Sizing errors.

What is the process and duration of a change?
To make a product exchange, you must:
- Choose a means of communication; this can be email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. We recommend sending a message through only one of our official channels and waiting for the full follow-up through that same channel.
- In the message, you must include: Order number, reason for the exchange, and photos of how the product arrived.
- Once we have responded, we will open a case and proceed with providing the return shipping label so you can send the Lalics back to us.
- Once we have received the Lalics, we will proceed with shipping your new pair. Additionally, we will provide you with a new tracking number so you can track your package.
The process can take up to a week and a half from the time we receive your request until your new Lalics are delivered; we ask for your patience.
Remember that our business hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm. Requests received on Saturday will begin the return process on the next business day.
You may use any official means of communication, but we recommend using WhatsApp for faster service.
How do I choose my size?
Our lasts are true to size, meaning that the sizes measure the exact length in centimeters. For example, a size 23 measures 23 cm in length.
*In case your foot is a bit wide, we recommend ordering one size up.

How long do I have to make an exchange?
You have up to 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to submit your exchange request.
