WARRANTIES

LALIC DERIEN always seeks to maintain the highest quality standards in our products for sale; however, we recommend that when You receive the product, You check it in detail at the moment of receipt, as the warranty against defects will be valid ONLY for 15 (fifteen) business days after You have received the product. Please be informed that the only grounds for making such a warranty valid are the following:

– The product does not fit properly (error in shoe size)

– Malfunction of original materials (zippers, soles, linings, outer leather, etc.)

– Defect in the finished product (difference in tones)

– Receipt of the wrong product attributable to the company.

We inform you that the FIRST return you make due to the aforementioned grounds will be at the cost of LALIC DERIEN. Please be aware that in the event that you require a second return, the shipping and internal management expenses of the company will be at the cost of the client and user of the service.

We also inform you that our warranty policy for products purchased within the LALIC DERIEN website will only be valid for an exchange of the product for another from our commercial offer, informing you that monetary refunds are NOT accepted.

When You register as a user or use the LALIC DERIEN digital platform, you agree not to copy, modify, amend, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, compile, or disassemble the software, nor to create any derivative product from the LALIC DERIEN platform.
